You are the data controllerfor your clients' personal information. We process it on your behalf as a data processor. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients.

2.3 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive financial data. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

• IP address and browser type (via server logs)
• Pages visited and features used
• Device information and timezone

• To provide and maintain the Service

• Data is stored in Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring user isolation.
• All data in transit is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS.
• Authentication tokens are stored as HTTP-only cookies.
• We follow industry-standard security practices but cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Active accounts: Data is retained as long as your account is active.
• Cancelled accounts: Data is retained for 30 days after account termination, then permanently deleted.
