1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using PriceMyClean ("the Service"), operated by PriceMyClean ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PriceMyClean is a software-as-a-service platform that enables cleaning service providers to create, send, and manage professional cleaning quotes, collect online payments, and manage their client relationships.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- One person or business may not maintain more than one free account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Send spam, fraudulent quotes, or misleading communications through the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
- Paid features require a subscription (Pro or Business plan).
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice via email.
- The free tier has usage limits (e.g., 5 quotes per month). Exceeding these limits requires a paid subscription.
6. Payments & Stripe Connect
- Payment processing is provided by Stripe and subject to the Stripe Services Agreement.
- When clients pay deposits or invoices through your quotes, funds are processed by Stripe and deposited to your connected Stripe account.
- We do not store credit card numbers. All payment data is handled by Stripe.
- Transaction fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are charged by Stripe and are the responsibility of the service provider.
7. Refund Policy
- Subscription fees: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time and continue to use the Service until the end of your current billing period.
- Client payments: Refunds for payments collected from your cleaning clients through the Service are your responsibility and must be handled through your Stripe dashboard.
8. Your Data & Content
- You retain ownership of all data you create in the Service (quotes, client information, service templates, photos).
- You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and process your clients' personal information in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
- You may export or delete your data at any time.
9. Service Availability
- We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PriceMyClean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Termination
- You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
- Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
